- Your $179 a month covers the entire Direct Primary Care relationship: a comprehensive onboarding lab panel, monthly clinician check-ins, unlimited primary care, your nutrition and lifestyle protocol, and 24/7 secure messaging with the clinical team. If your labs reveal a hormonal or metabolic issue, your clinician may recommend a higher pathway. That is a separate clinical decision, never an automatic add-on.
- Because they involve medication, additional monitoring, and more frequent labs. Your tier price includes the medication itself, sourced through a licensed pharmacy. No surprise pharmacy bills. The difference between $179 and $299 reflects real clinical work and real medication cost, not arbitrary upsell.
- No. Your onboarding labs are included. Quarterly hormone re-evaluation labs on Hormone Optimization and above are included. Messaging is unlimited. Nurse check-ins are included. The only thing not bundled is regenerative add-ons like NAD+ IV or exosomes, which are charged at cost-plus and never required.
- No, intentionally. Insurance is the reason your previous primary care clinician had eight minutes for you. Direct Primary Care means you pay the clinician directly, the clinician works for you, and the relationship is the product. Many members pay with HSA or FSA dollars.
- Yes to both. Membership is month-to-month with no contract. Within your first 30 days, if GoodLife Health isn't the right fit, your first month is fully refundable. After that, you can cancel anytime and you simply stop billing the next month.
- Upgrades happen through clinical conversation, not a checkout button. Your clinician will recommend a pathway change when your labs and goals call for it. Downgrades are simple — message your clinical team and adjust at the next billing cycle.
- Bioidentical hormone therapy is included in the pathway price — all-in. Branded GLP-1 medications (Wegovy or Zepbound) are obtained directly from the manufacturer or through your insurance and billed transparently, with pricing shown in your portal before you confirm. We do not sell compounded GLP-1.
- GoodLife Health is expanding state-by-state. Eligibility check confirms availability where you live. In states beyond Kristin's independent practice authority, we partner with collaborating clinicians who follow the same protocols and clinical standards.
