The clinical work is identical: full labs, contraindication screening, dose titration, side-effect management, ongoing monitoring. Charging you more because your body responded to a different molecule penalizes biology — and a sophisticated patient sees through it within the first comparison shop. Other platforms upcharge by hundreds of dollars when your biology needs the stronger medication. We don't.

Before any GLP-1 is prescribed, your clinician orders a full metabolic, hormonal, and inflammatory panel — including the lipid panel, vitamin D, B12, ferritin, and key micronutrients that affect whether weight loss actually holds. The labs tell us what your body actually needs. They also tell us which molecule is the right starting point.
A clinical conversation about which GLP-1 is right for you
GLP-1 is not for everyone. Personal or family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma, MEN2, pregnancy, breastfeeding, or severe renal impairment (eGFR < 45) are all clinical reasons we may recommend a different path. Members who don't qualify for GLP-1 are offered alternative medications and a clinically guided weight loss protocol that works for their specific picture. Nobody is sent away. Your clinician e-prescribes Wegovy through NovoCare Direct, or Zepbound through LillyDirect, or to your insurance with our AI prior authorization service handling the paperwork. You pay the manufacturer directly. We never touch the medication, never mark it up, never take pharmacy margin. For insured members, our AI auto-processes 85%+ of insurance prior auth requests in 7–10 minutes per case.
