Comprehensive metabolic and chronic disease management.

Hormones, weight, energy, libido, sex, sleep. Whatever brought you here, the right answer starts with your labs and a clinician who actually reads them. Not a prescription before a conversation.

How we compare

What Makes GoodLife Health Different.

Telehealth has split into three traps: legacy platforms that mark branded medication up to $1,899 a month, compounding-only services selling copies under FDA scrutiny, and concierge clinics that bill by the year. GoodLife Health is the only one that combines labs, clinical care, and branded FDA-approved medications for cardiometabolic and hormone optimization — under one $299 monthly membership, with medications billed by the pharmacy at pharmacy cost and no markup.

"I finally feel like I have a real doctor again."

After years of having a PCP who was attentive and truly knew me, he retired. … What a relief to find Dr. K and her team. They actually get to know you. They are attentive, thorough, and genuinely care. I finally feel like I have a real doctor again. Thank you!

Frequently asked questions

Direct answers from your clinical team

  • One flat $299/month membership covers your comprehensive cardiometabolic lab panel every 90 days — 4 panels per year — plus ongoing clinical care with your clinician, monthly check-ins, your protocol, and 24/7 secure messaging with the clinical team. Additional labs at your clinician's discretion beyond the quarterly panel are billed separately by the lab. When medication is clinically indicated — a branded GLP-1 (Wegovy, Zepbound, Mounjaro, Ozempic), FDA-approved HRT, thyroid, or a cardiometabolic protocol — the prescription routes to the pharmacy and the pharmacy bills you at pharmacy cost. GoodLife Health takes no pharmacy margin.
  • No. The $299 membership fee is the same regardless of which medication your clinician determines is right for your biology — Wegovy (semaglutide), Zepbound (tirzepatide), Mounjaro, or Ozempic. The clinical work is the same: full labs, contraindication screening, dose titration, side-effect management, ongoing monitoring. Other platforms upcharge by hundreds of dollars for tirzepatide. We don't, because charging more for a different molecule penalizes biology.
  • Those platforms sell you medications. GoodLife Health gives you healthcare — one flat $299 monthly membership covers your comprehensive cardiometabolic labs and ongoing clinical care with a real team that reads them. When branded FDA-approved medications are clinically indicated, the pharmacy bills you at pharmacy cost — no GoodLife markup, no molecule upcharge. Hormones and GLP-1 protocols are recommended within the clinical relationship, never advertised in isolation and never through compounded shortcuts.
  • Yes, after your initial two-month commitment. The two-month term exists so month one covers your comprehensive labs and first clinical visit, and month two lets your clinician write and begin your protocol. From month three onward, membership is month-to-month with no contract.
  • GoodLife Health serves all 50 U.S. states. Our clinicians practice independently in Arizona and California, with the remaining states served through collaborating physician partnerships. The eligibility check confirms availability in your state.
  • No, and that's intentional. Insurance is the reason your previous clinician had 8 minutes for you. Direct-pay means you pay the clinical team directly, they work for you, and the relationship is the product. Many members pay with HSA/FSA dollars.
  • Yes. Both Kristin and Dev are members of GoodLife Health and follow the same clinical protocols the platform prescribes. Kristin is on Wegovy for sustainable weight loss. Dev is on Mounjaro for type 2 diabetes. The founders are scaling the relationship-first care that is actually working for them, for the people they love, and for the patients Kristin already cares for in Tucson.
