Dev is the founder of Inbound Medic AI Growth Labs and the originator of AI-native GTM as infrastructure for healthcare platforms. He built Cassandra, the embedded GPT used by high-revenue clinics and private-equity-backed healthcare groups, and the Answer Engine Foundation that has become the category standard for LLM-era patient acquisition. He brings the same conviction to GoodLife Health: build infrastructure that lasts, not campaigns that burn out.

Dev co-founded GoodLife Health with Kristin because he was the patient too. He is currently managing type 2 diabetes on Mounjaro, following the exact protocol the platform is built around — labs first, clinical conversation, low-dose strategy, nutrition and lifestyle discipline. His home is split between Amsterdam and New York, and that geography shapes everything about how he thinks. Amsterdam taught him what unhurried, relationship-based primary care actually feels like — the European Direct Primary Care model, where the doctor knows you and the system is built around your life rather than your billing code. New York taught him the opposite: paying hundreds a month in premiums, thousands in deductibles, and still leaving the doctor's office feeling unseen.
