The telehealth you may have tried

A questionnaire is not a diagnosis.

Much of telehealth runs on one model: a short questionnaire, a prescription by evening and a refill every month. The company earns on the drug, so the drug is the product, and the faster it ships, the better the business.

Nobody orders your labs. Nobody asks why your energy, your sleep or your weight changed in the first place, and nobody follows up when the refill stops working. If that was your experience, you were not diagnosed. You were sold a prescription.

What has happened since

Regulators and drugmakers have noticed.

In September 2025, the FDA sent more than 50 warning letters to telehealth and wellness companies over misleading claims about compounded GLP-1 drugs, and 30 more in March 2026. Compounded drugs are not FDA-approved, and the agency has received reports of patients hospitalized after dosing errors with compounded semaglutide.

The manufacturers have gone to court. Eli Lilly sued four telehealth companies in April 2025 over compounded versions of Zepbound and Mounjaro, and reports more than a dozen permanent injunctions against telehealth companies, medspas and mass compounders. Novo Nordisk had filed 132 lawsuits in 40 states by August 2025; its newest suits allege that telehealth companies let business interests steer what doctors prescribe.

Meanwhile, the care that does test first has been priced out of reach: longevity clinics commonly charge $10,000 to $50,000 a year.

Telehealth, done differently

So how are you different?

The prescription model
  • A questionnaire, then a prescription
  • Earns on every refill
  • Often compounded drugs
  • No labs before or after
  • Often a different clinician each time
  • Nobody follows up
  • An app built around the refill
  • You leave every visit unsure what your numbers mean, or what you should have asked
  • Health data shared with advertisers
How GoodLife Health does it
  • A full Quest panel and a video visit before any decision
  • A flat membership; we make nothing on any prescription
  • Branded FDA-approved medication only, when indicated
  • Nine biomarkers at baseline, then every 90 days
  • One board-certified clinician who stays with you
  • A protocol monitored and adjusted every quarter
  • A high-tech platform engineered around your health, not around the refill
  • Your data in your own hands, explained by Cassandra in whatever language you speak, with the exact questions to bring to your clinician, so every visit counts
  • Your data is yours: never sold, never shared with advertisers

Every screen, protocol and policy is built to the standard you expect from the brands you trust most: designed with care, run ethically, and with your data under your control.

What will you test that my doctor never has?

A typical annual panel
  • Basic metabolic panel
  • Cholesterol (lipid panel)
  • Blood count
Your GoodLife Health panel: baseline, then every 90 days
  • Hs-CRP
  • Comprehensive Metabolic Panel
  • TSH With Reflex To Free T4
  • Fasting Insulin
  • Lipoprotein (A)
  • Hemoglobin A1c (HbA1c)
  • Lipid Panel, Standard
  • Apolipoprotein B (ApoB)
  • CBC (Includes Differential And Platelets)

Anything beyond these nine is ordered by your clinician only when there is a reason and is billed by the lab.

What exactly do you do and why should it matter to me?

We call ourselves a data-driven telehealth platform delivering precision direct primary care for longevity and chronic disease management. Here is what each of those words gets you.

Data-Driven Platform
Your labs, visits, medications and messages, once scattered across offices, now live in one place. Every panel adds to your Health Story, so you can see where you stand and what to work on next.
Telehealth
Video visits and messaging from home or wherever you are. No drive, no waiting room, no clipboard, no day lost to a 15-minute visit. Your only trip is a walk-in Quest draw near you, four times a year.
Precision Direct Primary Care
A typical primary care visit has no time to dig into your biochemistry. We start there, reading your biomarkers for your exact cardiometabolic picture, then building your protocol (nutrition, exercise and, when indicated, branded GLP‑1 or hormone therapy) and monitoring and adjusting it every 90 days.
Longevity
Measuring, predicting and preventing what could kill you over the next 25 years. It is designed into every panel, every plan and the portal where you follow your progress.
Chronic Disease Management
Heart disease, stroke, type 2 diabetes and prediabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, obesity, chronic kidney disease and fatty liver disease, caught early and followed every quarter.
Why It Matters to You
Longevity clinics commonly charge $10,000 to $50,000 a year for a protocol built around one patient’s biomarkers. Yours is built on your own panel and history, inside $299 a month.

What can you actually help me with?

Cardiometabolic optimization

  • Type 2 diabetes and prediabetes
  • Insulin resistance and a rising A1c
  • High ApoB, LDL or triglycerides
  • High blood pressure
  • Labs your doctor called normal

Medical weight loss

  • Weight that comes back after every diet
  • A plateau on a GLP-1 you already take
  • A dose that keeps climbing
  • Side effects nobody is managing
  • Losing the weight, not your muscle

Hormone optimization

  • Perimenopause and menopause
  • Low testosterone
  • A thyroid that is “in range” but not right
  • Symptoms a doctor dismissed
  • Low libido and other sexual health changes
The platform

What is the platform and what do I do with it?

01

Three steps, all from home

Your medical history, your identity and a walk-in draw at a Quest location near you. The portal shows you what is next and nothing else.

02

Every marker, every quarter

Your panel lands in your portal with where each number sits against its target and which way it moved since last time.

03

Cassandra, on your side

Ask Cassandra about any result, day or night. She explains what a marker like your HbA1c means and how it moved, then hands you the exact question to bring to your clinician. Education, never a diagnosis.

04

Your care team, in writing

Message your care team from anywhere. Non-urgent questions are answered within 24 hours, urgent ones the same day.

05

Your prescriptions, your pharmacy

Every prescription goes straight to the pharmacy you choose, and you pay the pharmacy directly, for pickup or delivery. Branded FDA-approved medication only, when the evidence says it is indicated. No compounded GLP-1s, no peptides, and we make nothing on any of it.

06

The meaning behind your numbers

Cassandra draws your visits, care notes, labs and protocol into one Health Story you can come back to, so nothing starts over from scratch.

Who this is for

Is this for me?

For you if

You want to be diagnosed before you are treated. You will not put a compounded GLP-1 or an unproven peptide in your body. You want medication only when the evidence calls for it, prescribed by a physician who earns nothing on what is prescribed, and you expect the highest clinical and ethical standards. $299 a month is a choice, not a strain.

Not for you if

You want the cheapest prescription, a prescription without labs, or compounded medication, peptides or pellets. You expect us to bill your insurance or run a prior authorization. You need urgent, pediatric or full-scope primary care. Or your medical history is one our clinicians cannot safely treat online: type 1 diabetes, a current eating disorder, a personal or family history of medullary thyroid cancer or MEN2, a current or planned pregnancy, or an age under 18. We treat patients in the United States only.

Questions

Your questions answered.

How is this different from other telehealth companies?

We start with a full Quest panel and a video visit with a board-certified physician, and we make no money on medication. Many telehealth companies prescribe from a questionnaire and earn on every refill; our fee is the same whatever is prescribed, including nothing at all.

Why don't you sell medication or supplements?

Because a clinician who profits from a prescription has a reason to write one. Our business is clinical care and the platform. When medication is indicated, it goes to the pharmacy you choose, at that pharmacy’s price.

Do you ever prescribe compounded GLP-1s or peptides?

No. When a GLP-1 or hormone therapy is indicated, your clinician prescribes branded, FDA-approved medication only. We do not prescribe compounded GLP-1s or peptides.

Do you take insurance?

No. You pay the membership directly, which is what buys your clinician’s time. Keep your insurance for hospital and emergency care. The fee is generally eligible for HSA or FSA dollars.

Can I cancel?

Yes. The first two months are a commitment, paid at sign-up. From month three, the membership is month to month, and you can cancel from your portal; it runs to the end of the period you have paid for.

What if I am not accepted?

Your $598 is refunded in full. Once you are accepted, the first two months are non-refundable.

Who are the clinicians?

Board-certified physicians licensed in all 50 states, working to clinical protocols designed by our co-founder, Dr. Kristin Makinajyan, DNP, FNP-BC.

Be diagnosed before you are prescribed.

Your care should start with your biomarkers, not a checkout page: a board-certified physician from home, a full panel before any decision and a clinician who earns nothing on what is prescribed.
