The relationship is the medicine
"I finally feel like I have a real doctor again."
After years of having a PCP who was attentive and truly knew me, he retired. … What a relief to find Dr. K and her team. They actually get to know you. They are attentive, thorough, and genuinely care. I finally feel like I have a real doctor again. Thank you!
"Dr. K really listened to my concerns."
Dr. K was amazing, she really listened to my concerns and gave me the knowledge I needed and was so caring. So happy I found an amazing provider.

"Kristin helped me get my life back."
Kristin helped me greatly get my life back on track and control of my weight loss journey.
Seeing a doctor should not cost you a day.
You call the clinic, wait on hold and take the first appointment weeks away. On the day, you drive across town, find parking and sit in a waiting room longer than you will spend with the doctor.
Then you get eight minutes, a basic panel, and the sentence you have heard more than once: “Your labs are normal.” Meanwhile, the weight will not move, your energy is gone by mid-afternoon and your sleep breaks at 3 a.m. Maybe you have tried something since: a GLP-1 that stalled, a hormone conversation that went nowhere, or an app that prescribed in a day and never looked at you.
What most Americans die of is what a basic visit does not look for.
Heart disease is the leading cause of death in the United States, and six in ten American adults live with at least one chronic disease, according to the CDC. More than eight in ten adults with prediabetes do not know they have it.
Your weight, blood sugar, cholesterol, blood pressure, hormones, thyroid and inflammation work as one system, and they can drift for years before anything shows up as a diagnosis. Fixing the rushed visit is not the same as measuring the right things: plenty of practices, insurance-based or direct, still run the same basic panel once a year.
What will you test that my doctor never has?
- Basic metabolic panel
- Cholesterol (lipid panel)
- Blood count
- Hs-CRP
- Comprehensive Metabolic Panel
- TSH With Reflex To Free T4
- Fasting Insulin
- Lipoprotein (A)
- Hemoglobin A1c (HbA1c)
- Lipid Panel, Standard
- Apolipoprotein B (ApoB)
- CBC (Includes Differential And Platelets)
Anything beyond these nine is ordered by your clinician only when there is a reason and is billed by the lab.
What exactly do you do and why should it matter to me?
We call ourselves a data-driven telehealth platform delivering precision direct primary care for longevity and chronic disease management. Here is what each of those words gets you.
- Data-Driven Platform
- Your labs, visits, medications and messages, once scattered across offices, now live in one place. Every panel adds to your Health Story, so you can see where you stand and what to work on next.
- Telehealth
- Video visits and messaging from home or wherever you are. No drive, no waiting room, no clipboard, no day lost to a 15-minute visit. Your only trip is a walk-in Quest draw near you, four times a year.
- Precision Direct Primary Care
- A typical primary care visit has no time to dig into your biochemistry. We start there, reading your biomarkers for your exact cardiometabolic picture, then building your protocol (nutrition, exercise and, when indicated, branded GLP‑1 or hormone therapy) and monitoring and adjusting it every 90 days.
- Longevity
- Measuring, predicting and preventing what could kill you over the next 25 years. It is designed into every panel, every plan and the portal where you follow your progress.
- Chronic Disease Management
- Heart disease, stroke, type 2 diabetes and prediabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, obesity, chronic kidney disease and fatty liver disease, caught early and followed every quarter.
- Why It Matters to You
- Longevity clinics commonly charge $10,000 to $50,000 a year for a protocol built around one patient’s biomarkers. Yours is built on your own panel and history, inside $299 a month.
What can you actually help me with?
Cardiometabolic optimization
- Type 2 diabetes and prediabetes
- Insulin resistance and a rising A1c
- High ApoB, LDL or triglycerides
- High blood pressure
- Labs your doctor called normal
Medical weight loss
- Weight that comes back after every diet
- A plateau on a GLP-1 you already take
- A dose that keeps climbing
- Side effects nobody is managing
- Losing the weight, not your muscle
Hormone optimization
- Perimenopause and menopause
- Low testosterone
- A thyroid that is “in range” but not right
- Symptoms a doctor dismissed
- Low libido and other sexual health changes
What is the platform and what do I do with it?
Three steps, all from home
Your medical history, your identity and a walk-in draw at a Quest location near you. The portal shows you what is next and nothing else.
Every marker, every quarter
Your panel lands in your portal with where each number sits against its target and which way it moved since last time.
Cassandra, on your side
Ask Cassandra about any result, day or night. She explains what a marker like your HbA1c means and how it moved, then hands you the exact question to bring to your clinician. Education, never a diagnosis.
Your care team, in writing
Message your care team from anywhere. Non-urgent questions are answered within 24 hours, urgent ones the same day.
Your prescriptions, your pharmacy
Every prescription goes straight to the pharmacy you choose, and you pay the pharmacy directly, for pickup or delivery. Branded FDA-approved medication only, when the evidence says it is indicated. No compounded GLP-1s, no peptides, and we make nothing on any of it.
The meaning behind your numbers
Cassandra draws your visits, care notes, labs and protocol into one Health Story you can come back to, so nothing starts over from scratch.

Is this for me?
You have realized there is no good life without health. You care about longevity and see that cardiometabolic health is how you stay free of chronic disease. You want the full measure of where you stand, and you are careful about what goes into your body: real food, and branded FDA-approved medication only when it is indicated, never a compounded GLP-1 or an unproven peptide. You expect the highest clinical and ethical standards, and $299 a month is a choice, not a strain.
You want the cheapest prescription, a prescription without labs, or compounded medication, peptides or pellets. You expect us to bill your insurance or run a prior authorization. You need urgent, pediatric or full-scope primary care. Or your medical history is one our clinicians cannot safely treat online: type 1 diabetes, a current eating disorder, a personal or family history of medullary thyroid cancer or MEN2, a current or planned pregnancy, or an age under 18. We treat patients in the United States only.
Your questions answered.
Do you take insurance?
No. You pay the membership directly, which is what buys your clinician’s time. Keep your insurance for hospital and emergency care. The fee is generally eligible for HSA or FSA dollars.
Can I cancel?
Yes. The first two months are a commitment, paid at sign-up. From month three, the membership is month to month, and you can cancel from your portal; it runs to the end of the period you have paid for.
What does medication cost?
Whatever your pharmacy charges. Medication is prescribed only when clinically indicated, to the pharmacy you choose. We take nothing on it, and our fee is the same whatever is prescribed.
What if I am not accepted?
Your $598 is refunded in full. Once you are accepted, the first two months are non-refundable.
Who are the clinicians?
Board-certified physicians licensed in all 50 states, working to clinical protocols designed by our co-founder, Dr. Kristin Makinajyan, DNP, FNP-BC.
Will I be prescribed a GLP-1 or hormone therapy?
Only if your clinician decides it is indicated. We test first and treat second, and the membership never promises a medication.
Is a video visit as good as sitting in an office?
For this kind of care, the visit is a conversation about your history, your symptoms and your results, and that works by video. Your blood draw happens in person at Quest. If you ever need an exam, urgent care or a specialist, your clinician tells you where to go.
Your next appointment can be at your kitchen table.
You have been told you are fine by people who did not measure enough to know. Start with the full picture, a board-certified physician you can see from home and a plan built on your own numbers.
If your clinician cannot accept you, your $598 is refunded in full.
Or close this tab and keep the eight-minute visit.
